Who does not love Matthews. When we first came into the neighborhood we could see how convenient everything was from the walking distance to the school their children attended to the diverse amenities that Matthews has to offer. If you enter the neighborhood in the spring, the flowering bushes and walkways were always carried from one house to the next due to pride of ownership. This house carries the same. When you drive up, the street presence has seasonal plants and a great presence. With the fully fenced back yard, their pet could roam and enjoy the adventures of a private yard. But...if you love eggs, the chicken coup stays with the house. So wake up in the morning to fresh eggs to start the day.
